Support digital campaign execution by assisting with the build and quality review of targeted, lifecycle-aligned email journeys that deliver value-added content to the right contacts at the right time, under the guidance of the Digital Success Manager.

Maintain audience segments and engagement data by building and updating segments, applying campaign entry and exit criteria, and keeping contact, subscription, and engagement records accurate.

Monitor campaign performance by pulling and summarizing opens, clicks, and delivery metrics, and flagging trends across contacts, accounts, and designations for the team to review.

Prepare adoption and value plays by drafting customer-facing content around a clear call to action and queuing timely plays for review and approval before delivery.

Respond to inbound requests for enablement, self-service guidance, and support case review by triaging requests, routing them to the right owner, and drafting responses from approved templates.

Ensure content meets brand standards by checking drafts against KnowBe4’s brand, design, tone, and voice guidelines before they go to review and approval.

Build product knowledge across the KnowBe4 Platform, including security awareness training, phishing simulation, email & collaboration security, and AIDA, so you can speak to how customers use the product.

Monitor adoption signals for assigned accounts and share usage and engagement trends with CSMs and Renewal Specialists to support retention and renewal goals and identify expansion opportunities.

Capture customer feedback and share it with Product Management, Technical Support, and Sales through the established channels.

Participate in team initiatives and ad hoc campaign requests that improve customer experience, such as refreshing templates, updating onboarding checklists, documenting playbooks, and preparing assets for the CSMs.
