Enterprise Account Executive - Founding AE

Required

• Your first multi-year enterprise contracts closed, and a healthy, well-qualified pipeline across our priority accounts.
• A forecast the founders and investors can rely on.
• A documented, repeatable sales playbook: qualification criteria, pricing and negotiation guidelines, and a clear view of how our buyers buy.
• Strong relationships with key stakeholders at our customers and prospects, who see you as a trusted advisor rather than a vendor.
• A proven track record (typically 6+ years) in enterprise SaaS sales, closing complex, technical deals with six-figure annual values or more at large enterprise organizations.
• Real comfort with long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, formal procurement processes and RFPs, not transactional or consultancy-style selling.
• Experience selling to procurement, finance or supply chain buyers, for example planning, spend management or analytics software, is a big plus.
• A structured way of working: you qualify rigorously (MEDDICC or similar), build solid business cases and forecast accurately.
• Executive presence: you're credible in front of a CPO or CFO, and comfortable challenging them.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: energized by building a playbook from the ground up rather than executing an existing one.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customers and prospects across Europe.
• Fluent in English. German, Dutch or French is a strong plus, given where our customers are.
