Predikt The People & Culture intern will run hiring processes end to end and lead people projects such as onboarding and culture initiatives. This role offers real ownership in building the People team at a fast-growing AI-driven startup.
Responsibilities
Recruitment is at the heart of this internship. We're growing, and finding the right people is one of the most important things we do. You'll:
Help run our hiring processes end to end: writing job posts, sourcing candidates, screening and scheduling interviews
Make sure every candidate has a great experience with us, whether we hire them or not
Think along with us on how to put Predikt on the map as an employer
Next to recruitment, you'll take the lead on one or more People projects that we choose together, based on what we need and what excites you. Think onboarding, culture initiatives, internal communication, team events...

Who we're looking for
You're in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, psychology, business, communication or something similar. We're looking for someone joining us in 2027, but if you have another timeline, just let us know!
