Responsibilities

Design and build systems that connect customers with support teams
Develop intelligent routing and decision systems
Build AI-powered customer experiences
Create internal platforms and tooling for Support, RevOps, and GTM teams
Implement integrations and data flow across multiple systems
Develop automation and observability systems
Partner with core Engineering to ship to production and own code quality

Qualification

Experience developing with APIsSalesforce platform experience (ApexSupport and incident tooling

Required

3–5 years building and shipping full-stack software in production
Experience developing with APIs, webhooks, and integrations between distributed systems
Hands-on experience close to support or building tools for support/CS/RevOps teams
Confidence with Git and version-controlled deployment workflows

Preferred

Experience building LLM-powered features in production (routing, retrieval, evaluation, or observability)
Salesforce platform experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, custom objects) or certifications; if you don’t have it, the appetite to get there quickly
Support and incident tooling: Pylon, incident.io, PagerDuty, Zendesk, Slack APIs, GitHub APIs
Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
Experience in an early-stage or greenfield environment, or embedded in a support, RevOps, or business-systems function
