Constructor Technical Project Manager at Constructor to lead customer implementations across product suite. Owns engagement from kickoff through activation and drives teams through matrixed reporting.
Responsibilities
Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product rollouts for existing customers, from kickoff through integration, testing, and activation.
Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources, customer resources, and partners, against a single shared plan.
Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for internal stakeholders and the customer.
Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and communicating progress, risks, and changes in scope.
Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward on-time, predictable delivery.
Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success and Support.
Maintain implementation plans and reporting in our systems of record so schedule, duration, and status roll up cleanly across your portfolio.
Help build the repeatable processes, templates, and standards that let the function scale, and partner on the automation-first model as it matures.
