Redwoodcu The Bilingual Member Relationship Specialist provides member service duties including new accounts, loan transactions, and product referrals. The role supports branch success through excellent member service and sales.
Responsibilities
Sales & Service:
o Provide excellent service to all Members, volunteers, internal employees, and service providers.
o Cross-sell RCU and RCUSG products and services.
o Open accounts and match Member needs to RCU and RCUSG products and services.
o Determine the appropriate loan product(s) to meet the Member(s) needs.
o Obtain information from Member to complete loan application; examine and collect proper loan documents.
o Complete loan-funding process and recommend additional products or services to meet Member needs.
o Research Member questions, problems, and complaints and respond with accurate information.
o Safeguard member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures.
o Perform file maintenance on all types of accounts.
o Perform accurate teller transactions and reconcile cash nightly.
