As a Client Solutions Manager, you will own a portfolio of enterprise customers and will be directly responsible for their growth. You will design and executive your own account acquisition and account expansion strategies while coaching a high-performance team. Your book of business will consist of the most prominent investment firms in the region.

This role is fast-paced and client-facing with a focus on client portfolio growth and team development. You will spend most of your time developing growth strategies, executing projects, and coaching top performers. As a Client Solutions leader and first point of contact for our clients, you will also work alongside our product and engineering team to translate insights into product improvements.

3-5 years of professional work experience in customer-facing roles; 1-2 years of experience managing a client-facing team

Previous expert network experience (or adjacent market research role) is strongly preferred
