We need someone capable of interpreting technical requirements and translating them into measurable test scenarios; managing test data, environments, and automation tools across multiple concurrent builds; and communicating test status and blockers clearly to development and program leadership.

As a key partner to our engineering and compliance teams, you will accelerate our ability to deliver secure, validated software to warfighters, serving as the bridge between code and operational readiness.

This is a full-time position.

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes with accuracy and confidentiality.

Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms (Justworks, Lattice, Ashby) and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment law.

Orchestrate benefits enrollments, terminations, open enrollment, and leave of absence tracking (FMLA, ADA, parental leave).

Serve as primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, payroll, policies, and employment verifications.
