We're hiring a GTM Engineer to build the outbound engine for Peec AI in the US. That means the enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing that decides who we reach out to, when, and with what, and that keeps running when nobody is looking at it.
You'll work directly with the New York AE and SDR team, reporting to the Head of Sales, and own the stack end to end, Clay, Gong and whatever else you decide belongs in it. This is an on-site role in our New York office.
Build the GTM flywheel across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit
Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences, and launch 3 to 5 scalable campaigns each month
Turn website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows
Own the full GTM tech stack: email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data cleanliness, attribution, and the build-versus-buy calls as it evolves
Build the documentation and playbooks that make the whole system repeatable
