Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including SaaS subscriptions, software licenses, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor/supplier contracts.

Support senior counsel on complex deal structuring and negotiations.

Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Deal Desk, Product, and Security to align contracts with business goals and risk frameworks.

Support new product launches by drafting and reviewing customer-facing terms and go-to-market agreements.

Advise on privacy matters and support compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, and others).

Improve contract templates, playbooks, and processes, including through AI-powered tools.

Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance to internal stakeholders.

What will you need to have?

JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to a US state bar in good standing.

2–4 years of experience in commercial, SaaS, or technology transactions (law firm or in-house).

Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and software licensing models.
