Executive Assistant

Required

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the VP or C-suite level in a fast-paced technology company.
• Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and adapting to different working styles.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules, logistics, and deadlines.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and operate independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Discretion, professionalism, and good judgment when handling sensitive information and confidential business matters.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities, along with proficiency with AI, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.

• Experience supporting Sales, Revenue, or Marketing executives at a scaling startup.
• Familiarity with go-to-market operations, including quarterly planning, sales kickoffs, leadership reviews, and customer events.
• Experience coordinating board meetings, investor engagements, or other high-visibility executive activities.
• Experience planning leadership gatherings, or other company events.
