Headway Director of GTM Finance owns revenue model, capital allocation, and forecasting for Headway’s growth engines. Leads GTM Finance team and partners with business leadership on planning and capacity.
Responsibilities
Own Headway's revenue model end to end connecting providers, patients, funnel conversion, retention, and utilization to booked revenue
Facilitate smart capital allocation decisions across provider growth and patient growth through understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, and channel performance
Run annual planning and monthly forecasting across GTM functions
Own GTM headcount, ramp, and capacity planning in partnership with business leadership
Hire, coach, and grow a high-impact GTM Finance team
Set analytical standards, define roles and DRIs, and build infrastructure including models, dashboards, workflows, and reporting
