Openart The Senior Software Engineer, GTM at OpenArt develops and iterates AI-powered creative products, working closely with product, design, and go-to-market teams. The role involves rapid prototyping and shipping innovative frontend experiences using React and Next.js.

Responsibilities

Contribute to development and iteration of OpenArt Agent and other products
Build and evolve OpenArt Arena for discovering and evaluating generative AI models
Partner with product, design, and GTM to turn market trends into product capabilities
Evaluate video and image generation models for quality and real-world use cases
Rapidly prototype and ship innovative projects inspired by new models and user behavior
Build polished, production-ready frontend experiences end to end
Use product data and user feedback to determine improvements

Qualification

Familiarity with product analyticsStartup experience$400-$500k+ total compensation

Preferred

Hands-on experience with image or video generation models
Experience designing or running model evaluations, benchmarks, or comparison systems
Experience building AI-powered creative products, agent experiences, or consumer applications
Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, or growth-oriented product development
Strong visual and interaction design instincts
Startup experience, or experience taking a product from 0 to 1 — side projects count
$400-$500k+ total compensation, including base salary, bonus, and equity
