Complete Electronic Layered Process Confirmation (eLPC) process checks for assigned warehouse work; provide coaching and feedback to hourly associates during the shift.

Track process deviations and KPI results; update Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) boards daily, weekly, and monthly.

Utilize KPI data, reaction limits, and eLPC findings to resolve process issues and improve work using Quality and Bosch Production System (BPS) problem-solving tools.

Audit 5S activities to ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with standards.

Monitor and report on productivity, quality, and attendance, escalating issues promptly when not within standard.

Lead daily operations in the Supervisor's absence and maintain workflow; attend next-tier meetings as a Supervisor Proxy.

Support the Q-Matrix by checking training records, making updates, ensuring currency, and printing as needed; perform other assigned duties.
