Senior Technical Program Manager

Required

• We’re hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to play a pivotal role in Perchwell’s next phase of scale. This is a strategic execution role for a proven program leader who thrives in complex, high-accountability environments.
• You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, QA, Customer Success, Implementation, and executive leadership to ensure predictable delivery across our most critical initiatives, including transformational infrastructure and MLS-specific deliverables.
• You’ll bring structure to a fast-moving portfolio, surface risks early, and ensure cross-functional teams operate with clarity and alignment.
• This role is a strong fit if you’ve led multi-stream SaaS initiatives, managed deep technical dependencies, and built execution systems that scale with organizational complexity.
• 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or equivalent roles within complex SaaS organizations.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives with significant technical dependencies and executive visibility.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams on architecture, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments with a bias toward outcomes over process.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution capability - able to zoom out to see portfolio risk and zoom in to unblock delivery details.
• Execution-Oriented Leader - You take ownership of outcomes and drive clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Systems Thinker - You see patterns across teams and anticipate second-order effects before they become issues.
