Woolpert Woolpert is hiring a Proposal Manager to lead proposal development for water and energy utility projects. The role involves coordinating resources, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance to support successful project pursuits.
Responsibilities
Lead proposal process through analyzing/outlining solicitation documents, developing pursuit schedule, coordination of technical solution/content development, and engages creative resource support.
Develop draft proposal documents for and lead color review meetings.
Ensure established quality assurance/quality process is followed.
Participate in and/or attends pursuit pre-RFP meetings.
Maintain opportunity, project, and staff data in firm ERP database.
Coordinate shortlist interview preparation with marketing manager and creative team.
Coordinate technical writing assignments with subject matter leadership team.
Perform cross-market compliant QA/QC reviews.
Identify and support creation of reusable content.
Research ERP data for experience, teaming, and client history to use in proposals.
Participate in capture planning to develop proposal solutions and win themes.
Support proposal process improvement through internal lessons learned and client debrief.

BA/BS in relevant field

5-8 years technical/AEC industry experience or 12+ years relevant AEC experience
