We’re hiring mission-driven Customer Success Managers to partner with our Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts as they transform how they operate.

Own the commercial health of your book, driving retention and identifying opportunities for growth.

Build trust with key stakeholders and executives, showing how sustainability data supports their broader business goals.

Help customers achieve their sustainability goals and map the work that we are doing with them to the value Watershed is driving and how that ties to the customers' business outcomes.

Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to our product and services teams on how we can better serve customers to maximize value and retention.

Proactively identify risk and develop the plans for mitigating the risk, working with cross-functional partners on execution.

You might be a fit if you:

Proven success building relationships, especially with enterprise customers at an executive level.

Ask the right questions to understand people’s underlying needs and can work with sales, product, and services teams to deliver on those.

Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You have experience working on customer-facing work at the enterprise level.

Commercially fluent, partnering with Sales on renewals and expansions.

Highly organized, managing a larger portfolio of enterprise accounts while driving outcomes.
