Runtrellis Contract Recruiter at Runtrellis manages high-volume recruiter screens and candidate pipelines for engineering, deployment, and go-to-market roles. The role involves sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities

We're hiring a Contract Recruiter to help us scale the team quickly. This is a contract-to-hire role reporting to Matt Halper (Head of Talent). You'll be in seat within one to two weeks and take on a high volume of recruiter screens across engineering, deployment, and go-to-market roles.
We're hiring across Forward Deployed Engineering, Software Engineering, Security, Deployments, Sales, and Operations. You'll be the first human conversation most candidates have with Trellis, so how you show up shapes how they see us.
Run recruiter screens: Own first-round conversations for a high volume of candidates, assess fit, and sell the opportunity
Source top talent: Find and engage strong candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and our networks
Manage the pipeline: Keep candidates moving through Ashby with fast, clear communication at every stage
Partner with hiring managers: Calibrate on what great looks like and share pipeline data and market feedback
Coordinate interviews: Schedule loops and make sure every candidate has a great experience
Keep it human: We don't use AI screeners. You'll be the person candidates talk to.
