Runtrellis Sales Development Representative at Trellis initiates contact with healthcare leaders to book qualified meetings for Account Executives. The role involves outbound and inbound lead qualification, using AI tools, and maintaining CRM data.
Responsibilities
We're hiring two Sales Development Representatives to help build our growth team. You'll be the first conversation many healthcare leaders have with Trellis. Your job is to find the right people, start great conversations, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You'll work closely with our GTM Engineer and AEs, and report to Mike Barbour (VP of Sales).
This role is built for early-career people with a steep learning curve. You'll learn how specialty pharmacies, infusion centers, provider groups, and health systems get patients on therapy, and you'll have a clear path to grow into a closing role.
Respond to inbound: Follow up quickly on inbound interest and qualify new leads
Run outbound: Reach operations, revenue cycle, and pharmacy leaders through email, phone, and LinkedIn
Book qualified meetings: Own a meetings target and hand AEs well-researched opportunities

Keep the CRM clean: Log activity and keep accounts and contacts up to date in HubSpot
Share what you learn: Feed objections, messaging, and market insight back to sales and marketing
