horizon3ai Staff Product Manager at Horizon3 responsible for owning the NodeZero Threat Hunting product from vision to commercial success. Defines category and roadmap while partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Horizon3 is in search for a technical, hands-on Staff Product Manager to own NodeZero Threat Hunting as a business, from category definition and roadmap through ARR, pricing, and go-to-market.
NodeZero proves where attackers can get in and what they can reach. Threat Hunting answers the question customers ask next: did someone use that path before we fixed it? This role sits at the seam between offense and defense. It turns what NodeZero proves about a customer’s exposure into a hunting experience that confirms whether that exposure was already exploited, extending find, fix, verify into knowing whether a customer was compromised.
As the CEO of this product within Precision Defense Product Management, you will set its vision and strategy, own its commercial performance, and align Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around shared business goals.
Be the CEO of Threat Hunting: Own the product’s vision, strategy, and priorities, and be accountable for customer outcomes, execution, and commercial success.
Define the category: Define what exposure-driven threat hunting means at Horizon3 and how it extends find, fix, verify. Build the framework for how and what we hunt in a customer’s environment, why it matters, and what customers get, and make it the foundation for roadmap, packaging, positioning, and enablement.
Own ARR and growth: Own new ARR, attach rates to NodeZero, expansion, upgrades, and retention. Set growth targets and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to hit them.
Define the business plan and roadmap: Define target segments and buyers, growth opportunities, and required investment. Own the short, medium, and long term roadmap, and make tradeoffs based on customer value, revenue potential, and return on investment.
Drive pricing, packaging, and monetization: Shape how Threat Hunting is sold, with clear upgrade paths from core NodeZero and the broader Precision Defense portfolio. Continuously improve adoption, conversion, and revenue.
Stay ahead of the competition: Track competitors’ products, pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market across threat hunting capabilities. Turn competitive intel and win/loss insight into changes to strategy, differentiation, and sales execution.
Lead cross-functional execution: Align every function around shared business goals, establish clear ownership, and drive launches and growth initiatives through to measurable results.
Build and ship: Partner with the Attack team and Engineering to turn what NodeZero proves into hunting capabilities, working hands-on from prototype through GA.
Own the end-to-end experience: Own the UI, API, and integrations as part of one unified NodeZero journey. Work with Design on a UX built around target personas and their outcomes.
