As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first conversation many CFOs, controllers and AR leaders have with Fazeshift. You'll research target accounts, start conversations through outbound and inbound channels, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

This is an early go-to-market seat at a fast-growing company. You'll help shape our outbound playbook and messaging, work closely with founders and AEs, and have a clear path into a closing role.

Prospect into mid-market and enterprise finance teams — CFOs, VPs of Finance, controllers and AR managers — through email, phone, LinkedIn and events

Research accounts and personas to write sharp, relevant outreach about AR pain: slow collections, high DSO, manual reconciliation

Respond quickly to inbound leads and qualify them on need, timing, authority and fit

Book discovery meetings for Account Executives and hand off clean context on every opportunity

Build and iterate on sequences, testing messaging and reporting what converts

Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date on activity, pipeline and notes

Share market feedback with product and marketing to sharpen our positioning
