AI Deployment Strategist

Required

• 3–5 + years in management consulting, technical project management, corporate strategy, business operations, or a similar customer-facing role — ideally at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB, Big Four, or equivalent) or in an AI-focused organization
• Sharp analytical skills; can quickly diagnose ambiguous situations, structure a path forward, and execute without step-by-step guidance
• Experienced managing client relationships at multiple levels — from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives — with strong instincts for when to push, when to listen, and how to build trust
• Obsessive about tracking tasks, following up, and ensuring nothing slips — on your side or the customer's
• Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments; adjusts quickly to changing priorities without losing focus on outcomes
