Own preparation of consolidated and statutory financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures under US GAAP, including multi-currency consolidation and FX translation.

Lead the group external audit and around five international statutory audits (including Ireland and Singapore), managing timelines, requests, and the resolution of open items.

Research and document technical positions on complex and non-routine transactions, and present them to auditors, up to national office level.

Partner with Sales, Legal, RevOps, and FP&A to define the accounting, billing, and reporting treatment for new products and revenue streams.

Support technical workstreams including revenue recognition (ASC 606), digital assets (ASC 350-60), leases (ASC 842), share-based compensation (ASC 718), and M&A (ASC 805/810).

Work closely with Operational Accounting to ensure the close produces accurate, reconciled inputs for reporting.

Drive improvements to the reporting process, including disclosure automation, reporting tools such as Workiva, and AI-enabled workflows.

Maintain accounting policies and contribute to ICFR documentation as the business scales.

Support regulatory reporting for regulated entities, including broker-dealer reporting and CIMA VASP returns.
