Ripple Project Manager at Ripple Treasury to lead client implementations in Latin America and the United States. Responsible for managing project scope, timelines, deliverables, and coordinating resources across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing Ripple Treasury solution implementations, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to agreed standards.
Serve as the point of contact for client project team members, building trust and ensuring alignment on goals, achievements, and expectations.
Create and maintain detailed project plans in accordance with Ripple Treasury’s project management methodology.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to align project objectives and execution.
Coordinate delivery across multiple Latin American countries and the United States, spanning time zones and languages.
Manage bank connectivity and integration workstreams across Latin American and US banking partners.
Define and supervise critical success factors for each engagement, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
Identify and mitigate project risks, clarify roles and responsibilities, and bring up issues to leadership as needed.
Establish project governance, ensuring oversight and compliance with delivery standards.
Lead project communication, including regular status updates to client executives, internal collaborators, and business units.
Find opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements across the delivery lifecycle.
