ag1 Manager, Fulfillment and Distribution at ag1 owning day-to-day performance of last-mile and 3PL network across EMEA and APAC. Responsible for carrier and 3PL relationships, onboarding, KPIs, and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
AG1’s last-mile and 3PL network spans EMEA and APAC. This role owns the day-to-day performance of that network: carriers, 3PLs, systems integration, and the data that proves it’s working. Reporting to the Director of International Fulfillment & Distribution, you’ll be the direct owner of our fulfillment and distribution partner relationships across both regions. This is a senior individual-contributor role. You’ll own the function end to end: the carrier and 3PL relationships, the KPIs, the onboarding of new partners and systems, and the data that justifies every decision. You’ll partner daily with our Logistics Coordinators and Supply Chain team, but the accountability for fulfillment and distribution performance sits with you.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running carrier and 3PL relationships directly, is comfortable across multiple geographies (the operational and customs realities of EMEA and APAC are different, and you know it), and is fluent in the kind of data analysis that justifies a carrier migration, a systems onboarding, or a rate renegotiation.
Own carrier and 3PL relationships across EMEA and APAC: negotiate rates, hold providers to their SLAs, and run regular tactical and strategic reviews with our last-mile and fulfillment partners.
Drive onboarding and migration: lead the onboarding of new carriers, 3PLs, and systems integrations (EDI, WMS, order/carrier platforms) from data validation through go-live, owning data integrity throughout.
Own delivery and fulfillment KPIs: cost-to-deliver, on-time performance, and customer delivery experience. Track them, report on them, and drive the improvements they point to.
Build the analysis, not just read it: turn delivery and fulfillment data into the financial case for routing, network, or carrier changes.
Resolve issues in real time: be the first line of resolution when a 3PL or carrier issue threatens delivery, comfortable digging into an open WRO or tracking discrepancy yourself.
Support retail and marketing fulfillment: partner with Customer Happiness, Marketing, and retail accounts to keep launches and B2B fulfillment on track.
Own peak-season readiness: carrier capacity planning, cutoff communication, and escalation paths heading into high season.
Partner cross-functionally: work daily with Finance on rate and cost decisions, with Tech/Data on reporting and integration fixes, and with the EU/UK Logistics Coordinators on shared workstreams.
Flag network risk early, especially across APAC, where local nuance, customs, documentation, local carriers, needs direct, hands-on attention rather than a remote read.

Required
5+ years in last-mile, parcel, or 3PL fulfillment operations in e-commerce, D2C, or CPG, with direct ownership of carrier and 3PL relationships.
Experience spanning multiple regions (EMEA and APAC preferred); comfortable with the operational and customs/documentation differences between them.
A genuine command of delivery and fulfillment data, you build the analysis yourself, not just read someone else’s dashboard.
A track record of carrier or systems (EDI/WMS) onboarding and migration, from validation through go-live.
Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor who owns a function end to end, without a team underneath them.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills; you can hold a provider accountable to an SLA without burning the relationship.
Advanced Excel/data tooling skills; experience with EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce), carrier integrations, or ERP/order systems (e.g., NetSuite) is a strong plus.
Excellent English communication, written and verbal; an additional European or Asian language is a plus, not required.
Willingness to travel periodically to visit 3PL and carrier partners, typically several trips per year, with the pace increasing around launches and peak season.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
