Hyperbolic The Executive Assistant at Hyperbolic supports the CEO and manages office operations in San Francisco. Responsibilities include calendar and travel management, event coordination, vendor relations, and supporting company growth from 30 to 70–100 employees.

Responsibilities

Hyperbolic is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and keep our San Francisco office running smoothly. This role combines executive support with office management, and it sits at the center of how the company operates day to day.
Executive Support
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling.
Coordinate domestic and international travel.
Organize investor meetings, conferences, and executive events.
Assist with communications, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Chinese-speaking partners and stakeholders via WeChat in Mandarin Chinese.
Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, welcoming workspace.
Manage office supplies, snacks, meals, and equipment.
Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers.

Qualification

Excellent organizationalProactivePrevious startup experience

Required

3+ years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack.
Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written, and experience communicating via WeChat.

Preferred

Previous startup experience.
