The Strategic SDR team operates at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Go To Market strategy. This team plays a critical role in testing new growth initiatives, shaping lead generation strategies, and providing real-time market insights that directly influence how Connecteam scales.

1+ years of SDR, BDR, or business development experience in SaaS or tech sales.

Role description
Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings and generate pipeline.
Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize new go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
Build and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings, and share best practices across Sales and Marketing.
