Partner Manager

Required

• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, or a related quantitative or business field.
• You have 5+ years’ experience in advanced Excel, SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• You are a strategic, analytical thinker who is comfortable working with large and complex datasets and turning them into simple, compelling business narratives.
• You understand how to summarize complex concepts and craft win-win strategies with partners.
• You are comfortable working with tools such as Excel and business intelligence/visualization platforms and can independently interrogate data rather than relying solely on pre-built reporting.
• You have impeccable attention to detail, taking end to end ownership and quality control in all projects.
• You are commercially minded and understand how customer behavior, product experience, marketing performance, and partner economics connect to overall business results.
• You are a strong communicator who can challenge, influence, and build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders through evidence-based recommendations
• You balance analytical rigor with strong relationship management. You understand that the goal is not merely to report the data, but to use it to influence partner decisions and drive measurable growth
• You work well cross-functionally and are able to communicate effectively with others of varying backgrounds and areas of expertise.

• There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible to be considered for an annual bonus.
