Berkshiregroupllc Originations and Underwriting Intern at Berkshire Residential Investments supporting deal teams with financial modeling and market research. Interns will also assist in maintaining internal databases and present project findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

As an Originations and Underwriting Intern, you'll
Conduct Market Research for potential new investment opportunities
Assist in maintaining and improving internal database
Support respective mentor on various ad hoc projects throughout the program
Compile lessons learned for most recent deals across departments
Support the deal team with financial modeling and writing deal memos
Who we're looking for
Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2028 or 2029.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar programs
Available to work in person from June to mid-August (approx. 12 weeks) from 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Ability to present findings to senior leadership
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
