Berkshiregroupllc Debt Asset Management Intern at Berkshire Residential Investments assisting with quarterly asset reviews and portfolio management. Interns will collaborate with the Data Team on ad hoc projects and conduct market research.

Responsibilities

As a Debt Asset Management Intern, you'll
Assist with preparation of quarterly asset reviews and portfolio management reviews
Work closely with the Data Team to complete ad hoc projects and reports in Real Insight for the Asset Management Team.
Assist with asset/portfolio modeling and quarterly reporting
Research on select markets and property sub-sectors
Who we're looking for
Current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or a related field with an anticipated graduation date in 2028
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or similar programs
Available to work in person from June to mid-August (approx. 12 weeks) from 9:00 am-5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Ability to present findings to senior leadership
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Detail oriented and organized

Qualification

Experience in Microsoft WordAvailable to work in person from June

Required
