Required

7+ years of combined experience in management consulting, Business Operations and Strategy, financial analysis, demand planning, or strategic planning roles within high-growth or mid-sized companies
Bachelor’s degree and/or higher degree
Intermediate analytical modeling skills (e.g. Google Sheets and Excel), and proficiency leveraging SQL to regularly write queries independently
Demonstrated ability to convert goals into operational plans across multidisciplinary teams, including performance measurement and system and/or mechanism design
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with a demonstrated ability to tailor messaging for audiences of diverse specializations and high seniority
Strong executive presence, with experience partnering directly with senior leaders, driving alignment, and confidently facilitating challenging conversations

Experience working in a startup/fast paced company environment
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, PowerBI, Tableau) for building business cases and facilitating deep dive investigations
Experience leading and delivering 2+ long-term projects requiring 6+ months of continuous coordination across multidisciplinary teams
Proven 0-to-1 execution experience, with a track record of successfully launching new business lines, products, or major strategic initiatives from concept to rollout
