Astronicscorporation The Operations Program Manager serves as the primary contact between customer and company during pre-production, production, and product end-of-life phases. This role manages revenue, margins, and coordinates activities across Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact with customer throughout product lifecycle
Manage revenue and profit margins for products and services
Work with Program Administrator to ensure accuracy of Open BRMA’s
Manage and communicate schedules for pre-production, special orders, and production deliveries
Oversee BRMA process and facilitate cross-functional support
Monitor release and accuracy of production documentation
Monitor and manage forecast, open orders, and shipped reports
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Engineering to review material shortages and identify alternate components
