10+ years in technical program management, engineering or product operations, or chief-of-staff roles at a software company, with at least 4 years leading teams.
A track record of running planning, OKRs, and operating cadence for an EPD org of several hundred people, and of making that system simpler over time.

Strong executive presence. You can run a room of VPs, synthesize a messy debate into a decision, and write a board-ready update.
Hands-on AI fluency. You use AI tools and agents in your own daily work, and you've led or sponsored automation that removed real operational toil and got adopted.
Fluency with engineering and product tooling (Linear, Jira, Confluence, Slack, data/BI tools), and the judgment to change tools only when it pays off.

Clear, concise communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
