A builder: You'd rather build the playbook than inherit one. You move fast, you're comfortable with ambiguity, and you make progress without waiting for a finished plan.
Commercially minded: You tie marketing to revenue, take calculated bets, and know which programs are actually producing pipeline.
A sharp storyteller: You can turn clinical and operational outcomes into a clear, differentiated story that health system executives remember, and that the whole team can tell the same way.
A partner to sales: You build programs alongside sales, and you create the materials they actually use in deals.
Resourceful and AI-forward: Without a team behind you, you get leverage from tools, freelancers, and automation, and you have ideas for how AI can take on more of the work.
Experience leading B2B marketing at an early-stage startup with an enterprise focus, with results you can point to
Experience running account-based marketing and sales-led pipeline programs for enterprise buyers
Experience creating the materials sales teams use, like decks, case studies, and positioning docs
Based in New York City or willing to relocate (relocation support available), and able to travel 10–15% of the time

Preferred

You've built a B2B or enterprise marketing function from the ground up, or were one of its first two marketers
Experience marketing to health systems or other healthcare buyers
Experience running conference and event programs
A background in marketing or business
