Cantina is looking for a Manager Editor to lead our outbound messaging across content, marketing, and thought leadership to drive user growth, creator adoption, partnerships, recruiting, and fundraising. You’ll own the long-term strategy and day-to-day execution of our content marketing machine, working closely with executives, comms leadership, and our community team.

Oversee all outbound copywriting across long-form, social, paid, and executive thought leadership.

Hire, train, and manage Cantina’s editorial team across consumer growth, creator growth, and Labs recruiting.

Collaborate with executives and comms leadership to build and maintain key marketing messaging.

Develop brand voices for Cantina’s core social accounts, Labs account, and executives.

Populate and execute the content calendar across all channels.

Help Cantina develop its own thriving, platform-native new media property.

Learn and apply the latest editorial GTM strategies to beat the algorithms and win attention.

Coordinate content amplification campaigns in collaboration with our community team.

Seize on narrative opportunities that arise out of news, trends, and X debate.
