Transportation Coordinator

• You've personally booked and managed shipments end to end, from carrier booking through delivery confirmation, across a network of multiple sites or destinations.
• You track shipments obsessively: you know an ETA is slipping before the site does, and you say something before they have to ask.
• You've owned a carrier relationship where you knew the account rep, the ops manager, and the actual truck schedule well enough to solve problems without escalating.
• You've chased a missed SLA to its actual cause instead of writing it off as one of those things, and you can describe what changed after.
• You're fluent in a transportation management system: booking, tracking, exception handling, and pulling the reports that tell you what's actually happening.
• You keep shipment data clean and current under real volume, so nobody downstream has to double check your numbers.
