Technical Account Manager, Logistics

Required

• 5+ years of account management experience, working with Logistics customers (3PLs, Cargo, Freight, etc.). Bonus points if you’re familiar with customs and compliance processes into the EU + UK.
• You are able to work cross-functionally with global teams internally and externally, offering flexible hours to deliver for the customer.
• You have experience driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution, bringing structure, clarity, and follow-through to fast-moving environments.
• You can demonstrate a history of successfully expanding accounts year over year.
• You're open to feedback and thrive on cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvements.
• You are willing to learn the fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning and can effectively communicate our product's value to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Your ability to establish positive relationships and influence others is a key asset, complemented by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, balancing approachability with persistence.
• You exhibit good judgment and a willingness to dive into the nitty-gritty to achieve team objectives.
• You’re willing to travel onsite to visit customers 10-40% of the time, depending on deployment.
• This role is based in the Netherlands with hybrid work flexibility. Candidates must be within commuting distance to Amsterdam.

• 90,000 - 105,000 EUR
