Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and security issues.

Manage and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and VPN environments.

Configure and support VLANs, routing protocols, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and firewall policies.

Utilize the Cisco Meraki Dashboard for configuration, monitoring, reporting, and device management.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline network administration and system management tasks.

Support network automation initiatives through APIs, scripting, and configuration management tools.

Perform system upgrades, firmware updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and technology deployments.

Document network diagrams, operating procedures, and technical standards.

Provide Tier III technical support and assist in incident resolution.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and industry best practices.
