Staff Software Engineer, CV UX

Required

• A Force Multiplier: You don't just ship great code — you improve the team's overall architecture, developer tooling, and practices, making everyone around you more effective.
• A Learn-it-all: You stay at the forefront of mobile development, computer vision UX, and AI-powered developer tools. You bring "only-now-possible" ideas to the team and turn them into shipped capabilities.
• Accountable: You take owner-operator pride in your code in production. You meet commitments, estimate well, and don't stop before solving the last 10–20% where the messy edge cases lie.
• A Trust Builder: You communicate effectively across engineering, product, design, and data science teams to align on shared goals. You explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a way that is understandable and not condescending.
• Hands-On Leader: You lead at all levels — architecting systems and writing code, reviewing PRs and mentoring engineers, thinking quarters ahead and unblocking teammates today.
• At minimum, 4 + years of professional software engineering experience
• At minimum, a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping mobile applications
• 3+ years of experience with backend technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, or GraphQL
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools to accelerate development workflows, improve code quality, and streamline debugging
