Universe Growth Fellowship at Universe is a paid program for launching a mini-product from idea to market with leadership mentorship. Participants will research markets, validate hypotheses, and develop product prototypes with full ownership.

Experience launching a project from own initiative
English proficiency at B2 (Upper Intermediate) or higher
AI-native: use AI for research, analytics, prototyping, and automation
Currently studying or recently graduated from a top university in Europe or Ukraine
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Ownership of results and ability to independently drive work
Ability to clearly explain and demonstrate impact in previous projects
Preferred
Experience in consulting (including Big 4), investment banking, VC, large corporation, or product IT company
