Distro Director of Security & Guest Protection to lead security and protective operations for a luxury hospitality campus. Responsible for guest, employee, and property protection while ensuring a discreet and professional security environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee physical security program including staffing, patrols, access control, and risk assessments
Lead VIP and high-profile guest protection planning and coordination
Develop security plans for major events including access, credentials, transportation, and emergency response
Maintain emergency plans and lead internal incident command
Manage security and safety incident investigations and corrective actions
Oversee security systems and vendors in partnership with IT, Facilities, and Engineering
Recruit, coach, train, and develop security team
Manage budgets, staffing forecasts, training programs, and executive communications
Turn security trends into preventive improvements
Qualification
3+ years in leadership role
Required
8+ years of progressively responsible experience in physical security, protective operations, emergency management, law enforcement, military security, hotel security, corporate security, or comparable field
