Distro Traveling Fiber Splicer responsible for fusion splicing and troubleshooting fiber optic networks across the U.S. This role involves working in both aerial and underground fiber environments with nationwide travel on a 3-4 week rotation.
Responsibilities

- Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States. Current projects include Memphis, TN, with additional opportunities available in future markets as construction expands.
Qualification
Proven OSP Fiber Splicing experienceStrong attendance and reliability
Required
- Proven OSP Fiber Splicing experience
- Fusion splicing experience beyond simple drop installations
- Experience with ribbon and loose tube fiber
- OTDR testing and troubleshooting experience
- Experience working in aerial and underground fiber environments
- Ability to read splice diagrams and cut sheets
- Willingness to travel on a 3-4 week rotation
