Own the strategy for your Strategic accounts with your Strategic Account Executive, with regular 1:1s to agree on target buyers, entry points, and account plans

Research each account to understand why they would buy and why now: business priorities, tech stack, search and discovery gaps, and trigger events like replatforms, new leadership, and hiring

Build a sharp point of view for every account and persona on where Algolia can improve their search and discovery, and bring it to every touch

Break in with multi-threaded, highly personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn, plus creative formats like tailored teardowns, screencasts, and personal videos

Partner with Marketing, ABM, and cross-functional teams on a swarm strategy for top logos, including events and dinners

Turn conversations into qualified pipeline and keep SFDC current on your activities and results

Share what works and what doesn't with the team and take part in Sales Development projects

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

5+ years of experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation (SaaS experience required, Ecommerce experience preferred)

A self-starter mindset with a competitive drive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to quickly learn and adapt to change
