Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth for AEM solutions across the SLED market.
Identify, pursue, and close high-value, complex sales opportunities with state agencies, municipalities, universities, K-12 districts, and other SLED organizations (e.g. public utilities).
Build, strengthen, and maintain executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and other key stakeholders.
Engage in consultative selling to deeply understand client challenges around cybersecurity, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Stay abreast of state and local regulations, compliance standards, and funding initiatives relevant to cybersecurity.
Lead presentations and product demonstrations at a strategic level, articulating the value of AEM.
Oversee and manage the entire sales cycle, including negotiation of contracts, RFP/RFI responses, and closing engagements.
Mentor junior account executives and contribute to the strategic direction of the SLED sales team.
Accurately forecast and report on pipeline and sales activities to leadership.
Represent Ivanti at industry conferences, trade shows, and events as a senior ambassador.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Required

Solid proven success in enterprise sales, specifically in SLED/public sector.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets.
Existing senior-level relationships within SLED organizations highly desired.
Deep understanding of SLED procurement, contracts, and budget cycles.
Excellent strategic selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to position complex solutions to executive audiences.
Knowledge of leading IT security platforms, regulatory requirements (CJIS, FERPA, HIPAA, NIST), and technology trends.
