Partner 18, Product Manager, Global Partnerships

Required

• 4+ years of experience in product management or product engineering, ideally including AI-powered or data-intensive products
• Experience building internal tools or workflow software for a relationship-driven, non-technical stakeholder group
• Comfort working with sensitive or confidential data, with strong instincts for data governance and access control
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous workflows into clear requirements
• Track record of shipping product end to end in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly across investing, GPX, and engineering
• Low ego, high empathy, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
• The anticipated salary range for this role is between $301,000 - $352,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
• This role is eligible to participate in the a16z carry program and various discretionary bonus programs, as well as benefit and perquisite plans including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k) plan, vacation, and sick leave.
