Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer

Preferred

• Experience working with wearables, consumer electronics, sensors, or embedded systems.
• Strong background in test station qualification and correlation (calibration, GR&R, Cp/Cpk, DOE).
• Experience working cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, systems, quality, and operations teams.
• Familiarity with optical, RF, or semiconductor-based test methodologies.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cultures and time zones.
• What Success Looks Like:
• First 90 Days: You've completed a DFT review on at least one active program, built working relationships with CM test teams and cross-functional partners (Hardware, Quality, Operations), and audited existing test stations, fixtures, and software for coverage gaps.
