Responsibilities
Lead growth of Rocket Travel's largest partnerships in the Americas
Manage day-to-day partner relationships and set goals and strategy
Influence internal and external partners to take on new initiatives
Prepare partner presentation materials including account reviews and product collateral
Manage partner marketing calendar and coordinate with customer service and stakeholders
Serve as first point of escalation for partner issues

Required
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
You have 7+ years of relevant experience in partnership marketing & business development.
You are entrepreneurial and able to work independently/take ownership.
You understand how to summarize complex concepts and craft win-win strategies with partners.
You enjoy working with analytical people in data-driven businesses.
You have impeccable attention to detail, taking end to end ownership and quality control in all projects.
You have the ability to communicate with partners as needed with little to no oversight.
You put the customer front and center. Customers can be a traveler, a partner, or even a colleague. You ensure that work centers around solving their pain points.
