Responsibilities

Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper)
Partner with GTM leadership to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales efficiency through tooling, technology and AI
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our GTM Engineer to build agentic workflows and automation atop our technology stack
Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows (such as customer handoffs between teams)
Own the systems behind our quote-to-cash process
Ensure data quality and security across GTM tools and systems as we scale
Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies
What excites us:
4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience with a focus on GTM systems and tooling
Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certified preferred)
Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into elegant and efficient workflows
Experience managing end-to-end system implementations from defining requirements to launching improvements
