Quinstreet Product Manager at QuinStreet supporting strategic initiatives for the 360Finance product focused on contractor experience. Owns product success by bridging contractor, lender, product management, engineering, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision
Build and own the contractor-experience roadmap for 360Finance, translating company objectives — including increasing documents signed and contractor adoption — into actionable, KPI-driven priorities.
Bring deep fluency in the financing space from both the contractor and lender sides, grounded in strong competitor and market research.
Define clear success metrics for contractor engagement and hold the team accountable to outcomes, not just output.
Product Execution
Lead product initiatives across the full contractor journey — from onboarding through point-of-sale financing and document signing.
Craft clear, comprehensive PRDs that communicate requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical needs in ways that enable swift and seamless engineering execution.
Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and account management to ship high-quality product improvements reliably and on time.
Drive adoption and stickiness of 360Finance among contractors by identifying and removing UX friction and bugs, and having direct conversations with contractor clients about how the product is performing against their business goals.
Testing and Experimentation
Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and controlled experiments to validate hypotheses about what's driving or blocking documents signed.
Analyze results with precision, making sharp, data-informed decisions on what to scale, optimize, or cut.

Highly competent in competitive and market research, with fluency in both the consumer and business/customer sides of a product.
Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and data-driven experiments to inform product decisions.
Experience building analytics instrumentation and dashboards essentially from scratch (Heap or similar) in a low-visibility environment.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable making decisions with imperfect data.
Excellent communicator who can align and activate cross-functional teams, as well as clearly articulate roadmap strategy, progress, and tradeoffs.
Confident speaking directly with contractor clients about product performance and its impact on their business.
Experience in agile or fast-paced environments with the judgment to balance speed of execution against product quality.
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools to both build AI-powered features into products and create automation workflows that accelerate day-to-day productivity.
A self-starter who takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and manages up effectively with leadership.
