Uncover insights from analytics, user research, market research, and input from cross-functional partners

Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps

Define, prioritize, build, document, and iterate on new product features through the lens of hypotheses and validation of those hypotheses

Respond to ongoing client data needs and requests

Partner closely with other product teams to deliver against key strategic priorities

Balance long-term bets with short-term improvements, optimizing for speed of learning and time to impact

Bring a fresh perspective to our team, offering suggestions we haven’t considered, pointing out problems that need to be solved, and helping us move forward in our mission

2-4 years of software product management experience, with a proven ability to break down complex problems into incremental product solutions and a track record of delivering demonstrable business impact

Experience working with electric utilities or IoT, familiarity with modern grid management and planning tools and frameworks, or comparable expertise

Demonstrated experience aligning and influencing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders

Experience leading complex, technical projects from ambiguity to delivery
